• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Delivery

• We deliver to selected areas in Singapore.

• Delivery days and time slots are outlined during checkout.

• Failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability may incur a redelivery fee.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Refunds or replacements are offered only if the product is defective, spoiled, or incorrect, and must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
