Due to the perishable nature of frozen meat, we have implemented a strict return and refund policy to ensure food safety and uphold the highest quality standards.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect the health and safety of all our customers, frozen meat items are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.
All products undergo a quality check before dispatch to guarantee freshness.
Due to the perishable nature of frozen products, no refunds or replacements will be issued once the collection window has passed (Pickup orders).
Refunds or Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
The product arrives damaged or spoiled.
You receive the wrong item.
There is a confirmed issue with product quality or packaging upon delivery.
To qualify:
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the affected product and packaging.
Keep the product frozen and unused until the issue is resolved.
Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:
The product was left unrefrigerated after delivery.
You change your mind after you have placed an order.
Issues are reported more than 2 hours after delivery.
- Orders are uncollected after the 14-day pickup window (Pickup orders).
Order Cancellations
Cancellations or order modifications cannot be accepted once the order has been processed.
