Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Singapore only.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, between 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Cold Chain Integrity
All frozen products are packed in insulated packaging and delivered using temperature-controlled transportation to ensure product safety and freshness upon arrival.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address during the scheduled delivery window.
If no one is present at the time of delivery:
The order will be safely placed outside the door.
A photo will be taken as proof of delivery.
Once delivered, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or temperature-related quality issues due to delayed retrieval.
We strongly recommend retrieving your package as soon as possible to maintain food safety and product quality.
Pickup
Orders will be ready for collection within 3 to 5 business days after purchase.
Customers will be contacted via email or text message once their order is ready for collection.
Once notified, customers will have a 14-day collection window to pick up their order.
Orders not collected within this time frame will be forfeited without refund.
